Welcome to https://crm.financern.com (“Website,” “Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of this Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we will respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement and, where appropriate, may remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing.

This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized agents may submit infringement notifications, and how users may submit a counter-notification if they believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.

1. REPORTING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any content available on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated contact.

– identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list of those works;
– identification of the material claimed to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
– information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
– a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
– a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

– notify the user or party responsible for the challenged material, if appropriate;
– take additional action where necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the Site.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we believe in good faith may infringe the rights of others, even before completing a full review, when appropriate.

6. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY

Where appropriate, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers or who repeatedly submit content that may violate copyright law.

7. MISREPRESENTATIONS
